The Legal Section supports the University in all statutory and regulatory matters. It assists in drafting, vetting, and interpreting legal documents, handling litigation, and ensuring compliance with the GTU Act, 2007 and other applicable laws. It also advises the administration on disciplinary proceedings, agreements, contracts, and disputes to safeguard the University’s interests.
